The data is incomplete after reinstalling the system

Hello, I reinstalled the Windows 10 system. Before the reinstallation, all the data on the computer was backed up. Now, after the reinstallation, there are only 83 zotero literature data left. I tried account synchronization and replacing the newly installed zotero files with the previously backed files, but there were only 83 articles left. What should I do

    If you restored properly from a backup, you'd have the exact same data. Not much more we can tell you beyond that.

    You can see the data available in your online library by looking at the web library on this site. That's the data that you synced from your computer previously. Nothing has been deleted in the library.
