Export to better biblatex hangs

I'm using Zotero 7.0.15 on Ubuntu 24.04 and trying to export a library in Better BibLaTeX format.

The GUI asks for a file name and then pops up an "Exporting" widget and shows a progress bar going backwards and forwards ... and just sits.

Ok, many thanks. I've been using zotero for a while but this is the first time I've exported.

AND ... it exports to BibLaTeX without any problems ... which is enough for me. I'm happy!
