It would be nice to have fields for the main parties involved in contradictory proceedings (which is the standard). This way we can easily filter for all cases concerning a given party. It can be done via tags but in scale it would not be good to clutter the tags with names of parties.
Also possibly add fields for lower court and higher court (for multi instance proceedings). In these we can put as information Court (Name) and Docket Number. Certainly this could be done with Related Function too, but often you want to use other types of References here, e.g. related cases and journal articles or even books.
