APA7 Compliance

I am new to using Zotero, but I have been doing academic writing using APA7 formatting for over a decade. I am very familiar with APA7 formatting requirements. In particular, APA7 requires that DOI/URLs for entries in the reference list be hyperlinks. I have only tried building abbreviated reference lists a couple of times but have yet to have a DOI/URL to be a hyperlink. This can be fixed in manually in MS Word, but the process is tedious and has to be done individually for each reference. Am I missing something?

Zotero doesn't do this, but it's one-click in Word and doesn't need to be done individually.

And to be clear, the APA manually explicitly says that URLs can be hyperlinked or not, either is fine.
