Hi, I've not been on Zotero for a few months and now I've come back I find that everything I had put in My Libary has disappeared - over 50 references. Does anyone know how I've lost all these references and whether there's a way of retrieving it all.

The account you're posting from has never been synced before.

Note that an account isn't required to use Zotero, so it's entirely possible you were just using Zotero locally without syncing. If you have other email addresses, you can try resetting your password with those, but otherwise your data would be on the computer where you last used Zotero, and you can set up syncing with this account.
