Upgrade StorageChrome Extension forces to allow "All Site" access

Recently, I found that the Zotero Chrome extension forces you to grant All Sites access; otherwise, the plugin shows an error:

Previously, I was able to activate the plugin only for specific sites using "On Specific Sites" or "On click".
