Upgrade StorageZotero Connector PDF Download Failing

Until recently I have been able to download almost all PDFs directly through the Zotero Connector through my university's proxy server (%h.login.ezproxy.library.ualberta.ca/%p).
Recently, this has stopped working on 90% of publisher sites and I'm wondering if my university changed something in their configuration or if there is anything I can try.
I have submitted one such example where it causes the connector to fail:

Giving:
