Incorrect items in My Publications

There are several papers in the "My Publications" folder in my Zotero desktop that aren't mine, but when I click "Remove Item from My Publications", it doesn't remove it. They don't show up the folder on the online version of Zotero. Any way to get rid of them from this folder in the desktop version without deleting them from my library entirely?

Thank you so much for your quick response @dstillman! Please see the screenshot linked below. In the screenshot, all of the grayed out publications listed are not mine. Although it shows an option to remove from my publications, it doesn't actually remove it from my publications when I click that. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the desktop version and that didn't help. Thank you very much for your help!

Do you see this in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins?

If so, can you provide a Debug ID for Zotero startup through opening this collection, using the "Restart with Logging Enabled…" option?
