Installation failed and extracting metadata from the PDF from the WebLibrary doesn't work either

I had to reinstall the Zotero app on my PC. After downloading Zotero and running the installation, I encountered the error: 'Extraction failed. Can not open the output.' Could you please guide me on what to do? I tried using the WebLibrary instead, but some functionalities don't work there. For instance, extracting metadata from the PDF, and I'm not even sure I can do it manually (at least I don't see the option, after looking for it for a while).

Any help is appreciated.
