Since recently, my synchronisation can't finish and always ends with the red "i logo" indicating an error. I have suppressed one very recent big file (in case of) and have restarted zotero many times.
Thank you in advance for your help.
  • Can you provide a Debug ID for Zotero startup through getting this sync error, using the "Restart with Logging Enabled…" option?

    Please stop pasting error reports here. Once more, we need a Debug ID — it's a number beginning with the letter "D". You can follow that link for instructions, or you can ask someone you know to read the instructions and help you provide it. But I'm going to block your further posts here until you provide a Debug ID. We can't help you otherwise.
