Citate = Word Crash (Please help)

Hi, sometime when i want citate something and in word i click on zotero → citate, my document crash and there is error "

C:/ProgramFiles/Zotero/Zotero.exe
Zotero experienced an error while updating your document. Would you like to see troubleshooting instructions ?

ANY IDEAS HOW TO FIX IT ?
