Upgrade StorageConstant error

Impossible to use Zotero:
I have unsuccessfully tried to relaunch both Word and Zotero for over 7 hours at this point, reinstalled the plugin but nothing. Nothing I have found online has worked.
I either get:
"Zotero a rencontré une erreur lors de la mise à jour de votre document.
Souhaitez-vous afficher les instructions de dépannage?"
Or something about a failed connection between ord and Zotero.
I do not get the red bar to type my reference, it just enters {quote} at best as a footnote

Reinstall Zotero from the download page.
