Issue saving pdfs from Zotero Connector

I am having an issue saving pdfs to Zotero from the Chrome extension. On my previous laptop and Windows 10, I was able to do this just fine, but on a new laptop and Windows 11, the Zotero Connector correctly saves the article info but the pdf feature gets a red "X" and no additional information about the failure. This is true for all articles, including from major journals I was able to use without issues on my old device. I am accessing articles through a university proxy, but Zotero seems correctly configured and reports that it is using the proxy, so it doesn't seem like that is the issue.

I went ahead and created a debug ID in case it's helpful: D274246363

Your university's proxy server is misconfigured, and has been for over a decade.

You should point your IT department to this page and insist that they fix #2 there:

    https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/incomplete_cert_chain

They (and you) can see that the SSL Labs test shows "Chain issues: Incomplete" for your proxy server.
