Cannot access zotero on iPad

I downloaded Zotero app on my iPad, but cannot seem to log in. I keep getting the error message "SSL cannot secure connection to the server". I also found out I can't access zotero.org on the iPad either (getting the same error message on the browser).

Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

    This would be due to some problem with your device's SSL certificate configuration or something intercepting your requests. zotero.org obviously has a valid security certificate.

    If you get an error from Safari on your iPad as well, you can try viewing the certificate info to see how it's identified. (You'll need iOS 18.4 or later to do this.) If you tap Details within "Connection Security Details", it should show two Amazon certificates and zotero.org.

    Thank you for your answer! Unfortunately, my iPad is a little old, so it doesn't support iOS 18.

    The problem has been resolved, though!
    If anyone else is experiencing the same issue, factory resetting the iPad seemed to fix the SSL error messages.
