Can't zoom PDF using touch screen

I can't pinch to zoom PDF on my Surface Pro 11 Business Edition (which uses an x86-based Utral5 236V processor instead of a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor). This also happens on my desktop, where I can't pinch to zoom PDF on an external touch screen. I've tried different versions, and it works fine on version 7.0.11. Can anyone tell me what's going on? Thanks a lot.

I have the same problem for some time now on archlinux and thinkpad. The pinch zoom works fine on touchpad, but not on touchscreen. If that helps, pinch zooming on touchscreen works fine on Firefox.
