Edit Citation Style Language to support right to left
how can i edit some style (Chicago Manual of Style 17th edition (note)) for example, to support this features:
1. Work with multiple languages simultaneously; meaning Arabic or Persian settings should be independent of English.
2. Arabic and Persian citation and bibliography should be displayed right-to-left by detecting their language (ar, fa, ..)
3. Use appropriate punctuation marks (، ؛) for right-to-left languages instead of left-to-right punctuation (, ;).
4. Use « » instead of "" (for article titles, etc.).
5. Texts (such as "translator," "editor," etc.) should be adapted for Arabic, Persian, ... ( i will translatee it later).
6. The article title should always appear in the footnote—not just the author's name.
