Upgrade StorageStuck at Preparing Sync
Dear Zotero Team,
My Mac Desktop app is stuck at "Preparing Sync" and has been that way for 18 days now. Following my otherwise <100 sources research work, I had imported a 200.000 item .ris file to Zotero to look at its contents, which took hours and made Zotero fall into a minute-long Mac-rainbow-spinny-wheel-coma at almost any click. Only 50.000 of the items made it into my Online Library and Zotero hasn't synched since.
I have now managed to delete the files and empty the trash on my desktop and I would like those changes to be reflected in the online library as well.
My Debug ID is D1386732807
Perhaps someone can help me fix this. FYI I no longer need the deleted files. I just want them out of my online library and was hoping to do so by synching my (now cleaned out) desktop.

dstillmanIs this resolved? Your online library shows <100 items, and you have >100K recently deleted items.

lukaskortendieckYes, I was able to resolve the issue. I waited a long time and eventually the sync happened. Thanks for following up.
