Bibliography from collective issue

I have been collating all my references for a research project. I am not checking over all the entire collection to put into my essay for the Bibliography.
But when I right click on the collection within Zotero and choose, Create Citation/Bibliography, in the options I am clicking on:

Chicago Manual of Style 17th edition (author-date)
English (UK)
Bibliography
Copy to Clipboard

When copied into my Word document, quitea few have these lines at the beginning of them, for example:

———. 2023b. ‘AI versus The Clumsy Human Mind’. Substack newsletter. Marcus on AI (blog). 25 November 2023. https://garymarcus.substack.com/p/ai-versus-the-clumsy-human-mind.

———. 2023b. ‘The Writers Guild Of America, and the Artificial Intelligence in Screenwriting Debate’. Film Stories. 27 March 2023. https://www.filmstories.co.uk/features/the-writers-guild-of-america-and-the-artificial-intelligence-in-screenwriting-debate/.

I am assuming it is the author it is doing the ---- for? If I go back into Zotero application itself, all these shows the authors details correct in the right field.

Any help on what is causing this and how to resolve it?
