Bibliography not being generated

I am working on a small document on Mac. Only 11 pages.

When I try to generate the bibliography, it does not generate it. Instead, the 'Edit Bibliography' window pops up.

How can I fix this?

That means there are (likely hidden) bibliography tags already in the Word document.
Show Word field codes, then look for the Zotero bibliography tag (it says something like ADD_BIBLIOGRAPHY) and delete it
