Having issues with bibliography

Hi

I have completed about 2400 easy in word document,completed citations but when I click on to add bibliography, I get a pop up warning (when you edit a citation in the editor, it will no longer update to reflect changes in your database or citation styles) from zotero once I select okay I get flash of red bar but nothing appears.

What might going on here?
