Upgrade StorageZotero 6/7 problem with WebDAV login
Hi all,
I have a fresh Windows 10 IoT LTSC 2021. It's the first time I installed Zotero 7 and I can't get it to sync my library though WebDAV with a self signed certificate following the instructions from here (https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/cert_override) and using a cert_override.txt file from Firefox 115 ESR.
The error is: The WebDAV server did not accept the username and password you entered.
No issues with the same certificate and username/password on 3 other PCs, so I downgraded to v 6 and I still have the same problem.
Any suggestions?

dstillmanedited May 21, 2025If you're getting an authentication error, there's no problem with the certificate. You're just using the wrong username/password, or something (proxy server, etc.) is intercepting your requests and rejecting them. You would have to check your WebDAV server logs.
