Upgrade StorageThe problem of syncing the PDF attachments

After officially syncing the PDF attachments of entries in my Zotero on one computer starting from May 12, 2025, these attachments cannot be opened on the web page of any computer and show up as gray. Additionally, the attachments cannot be opened on other computers, with a message indicating they cannot be found. I have purchased the "Unlimited Zotero Online Storage" service for one year. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
