iOS App: Attachments are not downloading properly it seems

When I tap a library entry with attachment, web snapshot, it doesn't download fully. It show garbage in a web view. Unsure of the issue, but this used to work just like it does on desktop and in the web client. Thanks

If you tap and hold on the item in the items list and choose Remove Download, and then try to open it again, does it happen again?

If so, can you provide a Debug ID for removing the download and reproducing the problem?

Note this is any attachment after about 1 month back it was working. Now only what was downloaded before work.

Sorry about that. Try removing and redownloading again now.

We had to make a change to file downloads a week ago, and it looks like that broke snapshot viewing in the iOS app. We'll see if we can correct existing snapshots in an app update, but for now, you can remove each affected download and re-download it.
