Creating Parent Items

My colleague was unable to create a parent item for an uploaded PDF file. The screenshot shows that pops up for them when they right-click. Do you all have any advice on what is going on?

That's the web library — that's just their browser context menu. They want to download the actual Zotero software from the download page.

My colleague doesn't have a mac what link would she use to download the file for a pc?

That's the link. It will show the appropriate version for their computer.
