Word Doc freeze when using Zotero

Today when I try using Zotero with Word, my Word Doc freezes and I get the spinning wheel. When I force quit, I get a popup message saying that there is issue with Zotero, but without any additional details. I have restated my Mac, Word and Zotero several times and it has not resolved the issue.
