Error ID: 2145616867 I cannot sync all my libraries in a zotero app on my new laptop

I tried to sync a Zotero app on my new laptop (Linux) to avoid losing my old libraries and papers, but it only synced a group library, and I lost all the other papers... What could be the issue?
Now even if I access Zotero online, it doesn't show all my libraries anymore!
  • You deleted all the data in your personal library.

    That would happen if, when you set up this computer, you used "Replace Online Library" from your empty local library by mistake — that would wipe out your online library. Setting up a new computer simply requires syncing.

    If you still have your old computer, your data would still be there, and you could disconnect from the internet before starting Zotero and use "Replace Online Library" on that computer. (If it already synced, you could likely restore from one of the automatic backups.)
