Unable to Sync Attachments in Group Library Despite Storage Upgrade

I'm experiencing an issue with my Group Library where attachments are not syncing properly. I've already upgraded my Zotero storage capacity, but the problem persists. The bibliographic entries themselves synchronize normally, and I am the owner of the library.
I would appreciate any advice on how to resolve this attachment synchronization issue in my Group Library.

  • Steps to Reproduce
    1. I drag and drop PDF files into my Group Library, which successfully imports them and automatically renames the files while generating bibliographic entries
    2. The bibliographic entries (metadata) sync successfully across devices
    3. However, the PDF attachments never appear on other devices or for other group members
    4. I've upgraded my Zotero storage capacity thinking it might be a storage issue
    5. Despite the storage upgrade, attachments still fail to sync
    6. I am the owner of the library with full permissions

    Additional Information:
    1. Bibliographic entries sync normally without any errors
    2. The issue only affects attachments in the Group Library
    3. The Group Library was functioning normally, but attachment syncing stopped working last week
    4. I've verified my internet connection is stable
    5. I've restarted Zotero and my computer multiple times

    What exactly do you mean by this? Attachment items are just data. The associated files are files.

  • Thank you for the clarification. My issue is specifically with files (the actual PDF content), not attachment items.

    Problem Details:

    PDF files fail to upload/sync
    The PDFs are visible on the local PC where they were added, but don't appear in the web library at zotero.org
    All group members are unable to upload PDFs (this was working normally before last week)
