Files not syncing to online library despite unlimited storage.

Hello, I have a zotero library on my windows laptop with a bit over 6GB files in the zotero library. I recently upgraded by account from the 20$ plan to unlimited to sync it all to my other devices. My laptop says it synced and has no errors. But my online library only had some files and many were missing, even thought they are in my personal library as files and not links.

I decided to purge the online library and re-sync it, hoping that would fix it, but now it is not syncing any single file that was previously synced, and still says it is done with no errors. I have all the settings checked to share all files. In my account page it says I just synced 45sec ago, but am using 0GB storage.

Please help, I just paid for the full version of your software to avoid wasting time mucking around here, and its now not working at all :/
