Upgrade StorageCannot add citations to new Word documents

I am on MacOS 15.5 (24F74) using Word Version 16.97 (25051114) and Zotero 7.0.15. Since today, I cannot use the plugin to add citations to Word documents, including new, blank ones. The Zotero window pups up to search for the reference but it keeps searching without providing results.
