Exporting annotations

I annotated my pdf's in zoterro (using my ipad app) and now when I try to export my annotations i made with my apple pencil using the "create report from the item" my annotations I made do not show up. How do I fix this?

Reports don't currently include annotations, but you can create a note from the annotations (right-click on parent item → Add Note from Annotations), which would then be included in a report.
