Sharing web page captures

I have created a collection of archived documents from the web which I need to share with someone else. I see that making a report to print does not include the archived articles. Is there some way I can email this content to a colleague?
  • I don't know if there's an easy, integrated way to do this. The web snapshots are stored in your zotero data directory, so you can manually attach them to an email to your colleague. If this is not sufficient, you can probably use an extension like
    https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/886
    or
    https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/2343

to send the snapshots (after re-opening them in your browser).
  • If you export the items in Zotero RDF and check include files. Then send the exported file to your colleague. When your colleague imports the RDF file Zotero should bring in the screen captures as well.
  • Tjowens, I assume that my colleague would also need Zotero to do what you describe?

Noksagt, thanks for bringing those add-ons to my attention. For what I'm doing, I could just use one of those and bypass Zotero, it seems.

    Thanks to both for responding.
