context menu does not work in a reference

Good morning, as I indicated in the subject of the message, when I put the cursor over a reference in zotero and click on the right mouse button, nothing appears.

I have reinstalled zotero and it does not appear. I have uninstalled zotero and reinstalled it again and it does not appear.

I don't know what the problem is or how to fix it.
