Endless sync

I'm slowly becoming a Linux convert, so I've been installing Zotero 2.02 on my new Firefox installations on my two Linux (Mint 8 and Ubuntu 10.04) computers. I'm getting the endless spinning green arrow with the Firefox (for several hours!) on the Ubuntu computer and nothing is syncing. I'm also not getting any error message. I've checked my name and passwords (file storage with my WebDAV was set up successfully) and re-started Firefox several times and have even restarted my computer. Nothing seems to be working.

Advice? Thoughts?
