This isn't a perfect match for alicelilyye's request, but I would also like a feature that automatically highlights specified words.
I'm personally developing a library, which you can see here:

My goal is to automatically highlight words I want to emphasize in academic papers (e.g., "First," "Second," "Conclusion," "propose," "Figure," "Table," etc.).
If there's already a way to do this, I would be very grateful if you could provide some guidance.
