Style Error: Bluebook Law Review

I have found two errors in the Bluebook Law Review style sheet.

1. (Already reported to one of the creators before I read that I should report errors to this forum.) The proper form for "supra" citations is "[Author], supra note [note number], at [page number]". The current style sheet omits the comma before the "at". I don't have a BB in front of me so can't cite chapter and verse, but any article from a law review that uses the BB will have plenty of examples. Here, for example, are footnotes 75 and 76 from a recent article at https://harvardlawreview.org/print/vol-138/excited-delirium-policing-and-the-law-of-evidence/:

2. The style sheet always renders "id." as "Id." (capitalized), regardless of where it appears. Thus, if the writer wants to say "See id.", the style sheet will render it as "See Id." I don't know if the BB specifically says anywhere not to do this, but it's just a basic rule of English usage. Here are notes 267 and 268 from the above recent article:

I believe the problem lies in these lines of code:

I am not skilled enough in CSL to suggest a fix. I would have thought that having text-case="sentence" would solve the problem, but I read in the CSL documentation that “Sentence case conversion is deprecated and will be removed in a future version.”
