Hey @LPMHC, can you please provide some more info? What type of annotation were you creating? Was the speech to text for an annotation comment, or something else? Does it happen consistently, or was it an one time occurence?
Finally, you have iOS 18.5 in your device, have you also noticed this issue in a non-beta iOS version?
