Why don't my citations appear at the end of my document?

Help! I've spent many hours writing a review, adding my citation numbers as I've gone along. Now I want to print my review out and it doesn't show my references at the end of my document! What's happened? I talked a friend through setting up Zotero and her references appeared at the end of her review as she went along, so why don't mine? I'm worried about losing the references I have as I've put in so much work, so how do I print them out? Any help would be so welcome

    If you're using either the Word or OpenOffice word processor plugin, there should be a "Zotero Insert Bibliography"-button to insert the bibliography. Have you tried that?
