Zotero connector not working (not adding tags)

My Zotero connector is not working on any publisher web pages. The troubleshooting guide did not work.

Here's what happens when I use it:
The "saving to..." window pops up, I type in the tags and click "Done" (or hit Enter, or do nothing and leave it).
Then after a while it would say "An error occurred while saving this item. "
After that the item will be added to my library, but it does not add any tags.

My main issue is with the tags, I usually paste a lot of tags at this step, and it would take a lot of works to add them one by one if this step fails, so I hope there is a way to fix it.

Some basic information:
Zotero app is open, the web page is fully loaded, and the connector has full access to all sites.
- Chrome build: Version 136.0.7103.93 (Official Build) (64-bit)
- Zotero connector: 5.0.165
- Zotero version: 7.0.15 (64-bit)
Active Zotero Plugins (all latest version):
- actions and tags
- better notes
- scite
- translate for zotero
- journalabbr

Restart Zotero in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins. If that fixes it, you'll need to identify the plugin that's causing it and then report the problem to the plugin's developer.
