Tab focus box in Settings sections

When I use the keyboard navigation in the Settings, I can use the Tab key to navigate to the sections (General, Sync, ...), and then switch between them. But there is no focus box around the sections showing that I have reached that position.
Is it possible to add a focus box to make this visible?
