Right click doesn't work to export citations in my library

I'm unable to right click to do anything with items in my library including: move to trash, export, restore items from trash to library etc.
Can someone help?

Note: on the latest version. Have tried force quitting and restarting.

Restart in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins.

If that fixes it, you'll need to identify the plugin that's causing it and then report the problem to the plugin's developer.

If not, we'd want to see a Debug ID for reproducing it.

Are you able to please provide an article that tells me where to find how to restart in troubleshooting mode, as I can't see this from the Zotero help menu.

If you don't see Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…", you're not using Zotero 7, so you should start by updating to that via Help → "Check for Updates…".
