Style Request: JCH House style

Hi

I am requesting the JCH House Style, which is used by the Journal Of Contemporary History. I have not been able to figure out, if it is identical or similar to any other existing style.

Style documentation: https://journals.sagepub.com/pb-assets/cmscontent/JCH/JCH-house-style-2017 - up-1590659383873.pdf

ISSN: 0022-0094

Online ISSN: 1461-7250

The Journal operates purely with footnote citations. On second use, they are shortened. Titles of books are italicized - which I was unable to do here.

Article first footnote:

Campbell, J. L., & Pedersen, O. K. 'The varieties of capitalism and hybrid success', Comparative Political Studies, 40,3 (2007), 307–332.

Article Second footnote

Campbell & Pedersen, The varieties of capitalism and hybrid success, 307-332

Book first footnote

Mares, I. 'Firms and the welfare state: When, why, and how does social policy matter to employers?' In P. A. Hall & D. Soskice (ed.) Varieties of capitalism. The institutional foundations of comparative advantage (New York 2001). 184–213.

Book second footnote

Mares, Firms and the welfare state, 184-213.

This article follows the style system:

  • The style "Byzantine and Modern Greek Studies" will get you there. Set it to "endnotes" in the document preferences.
  • Thank you Damnation.

It does get me most of the way there - although the style does not put journal titles in italics and it separates journal numbers from issue numbers by a full stop rather than a comma. Is there a quick way to fix this?
