Upgrade Storage[Desktop][Bug] wrong annotation order
I have a specific pdf where in some points (I actually identified only one point) the order of the annotation doesn't reflect the disposition of text in the page.

To reproduce, try highlighting heading "2.1.2 Conceptual Level" and "2.1.3 Internal Level" at page 86. They should appear in the wrong order
