Bibliography formatting that doesn't work

Out of nowhere it removed the formatting in APA 7 from my bibliography. I use the word extension, which directly inserts citations for me. Now it changes both style and font for me automatically but only for that particular document. I have tried reinstalling the style, restarting the pc, no updates, and even tried copying the text to a different file but it didn't work. How can I solve this?
