Zotero is not working!!!

Yesterday Zotero worked perfectly: it inserted notes and bibiography. Today I have tried repeatedly to enter notes and does not find the resources, remains a yellow bar that does not find me anything. I tried to uninstall and reinstall but nothing... any idea on how to fix it?

You're clicking Add Note instead of Add/Edit Citation. Add Note inserts Zotero notes. Press Esc to close that dialog and then click Add/Edit Citation.
