Zotero is unusable for us with Google Docs

I, and all my coworkers, are having the same problem. Zotero is unusable for us with Google Docs. In the older thread, we read, "Go to the Advanced pane of the Zotero Connector preferences and check 'Enable Google Docs Integration v2 (NEW)', and then reload Google Docs and try again." That was already enabled by default. Any other ideas?

Can you explain the exact problem you're experiencing, in your own words, and provide a Report ID from the Zotero Connector? (We'll excerpt relevant errors here.)

Does it work in a new, empty document?
