Upgrade StorageCannot sync zotero library mac - online - ipad
Hi,
My storage has just been updated. I tried following the instructions indicated here: https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/files_not_syncing;
Here's what I discovered so far: the articles that I need to be synced are confirmed to be in my Zotero storage (when I right click > show file > it will pull up the file fro the Zotero location with string of characters), however, despite trying to sync it many times, it remains inaccessible in zotero online library and cant open the pdf in zotero iPad.
I didn't see the Sync -> Reset pane in Zotero settings, so I did not manage to do that.
Maybe I need additional troubleshooting steps?
