Upgrade StorageCannot activate Zotero LibreOffice Integration plugin
Hi there,
I am facing a problem with LibreOffice. The Zotero toolbar does appear, but does not function. After reading the troubleshooting page, I realize that the plugin is not activated. In LibreOffice>Tools>Extension, an error message says " the status of this extension is unknown".
If I try to activate it, an error message appears : "JNI exception occurred at ./stoc/source/javavm/javavm.cxx:1404".
If I click "ok", another error message says "(com.sun.star.uno.RuntimeException) { { Message = "JNI exception occurred at ./stoc/source/javavm/javavm.cxx:1404", Context = (com.sun.star.uno.XInterface) @7e9a3000b088 (ImplementationName = "com.sun.star.comp.stoc.JavaVirtualMachine") } }".
According to the troubleshooting page, it is related to the Java version. The latest Java version (21) is however installed.
I am a complete ignorant with Linux (Kubuntu), just a user.
I am very annoyed as in the last many years Zotero has worked wonderfully. I do need to use it intensively. Is it because I installed the new version (Zotero 7), or upgrade the OS (to Kubuntu 24.04)?
