Upgrade StorageTrying to delete a very large library (>75000 references) but getting unable to do so due to errors
Hi,
I have an extremely large library for a massive systematic review. I have updated the search terms and the size of the lit search is now considerably smaller (around 50,000). I am trying to delete the library I currently have but when I try to do this from the website it times out - either getting a generic or a 504 error.
If I try to do it from the app the library is unable to load all of the references.
I tried deleting the account entirely but I can't do this unless I do not own any libraries! So a bit of a catch 22.
Had anyone found a way around this before?
