Expand annotations when accessing from the item pane

If I click on the annotations symbol in the item pane:
https://s3.amazonaws.com/zotero.org/images/forums/u265723/m3kvtzlk6skiymwiynj0.png
I get to this:
https://s3.amazonaws.com/zotero.org/images/forums/u265723/w9hpnocth1qwizqtfduq.png

So I cannot see any of the annotations.
Since I click on the annotations symbol, it means that I want to see the annotations of that attachment, so I should get this:
https://s3.amazonaws.com/zotero.org/images/forums/u265723/jwp6mcde3s9ej68iukko.png

So:
1) Expand the annotations in the items list
2) Expand the annotations section in the item pane
3) Move the annotations section of the item pane to the top

  • I'm not sure it implies (1), but it should certainly do (2) and (3).
  • I would be fine with any combinations of them.

Just to note the arguments for putting them in this order:
    - (1) provides a better overview of all the annotations in that file
    - The items list is the first place to access the library and the annotations. All the operations on the annotations are done from there (selection, add note, double click to open in the Reader, ...). So any follow-up operation would need to do (1).
    - If the Item Pane is closed (if accessed from the Item Pane of the Reader), (2) and (3) imply to change 2 view states: open Item Pane and expand Annotations Section. This is probably fine most of the time. But there is no button to close the Item Pane (only accessible from the View menu). So if someone prefers the view without the Item Pane, this may be annoying.
    - (2) and (3) are still useful if the Item Pane is already opened, as they show more details on the annotations.
