Upgrade StorageZotero Error (Incompatible Field Encoding)
We have been working on a shared word Sharepoint document (with input from multiple countries) using Zotero, however yesterday we encountered the following Zotero error:
"Zotero cannot update this document because it was created by a different word processing application with an incompatible field encoding. In order to make a document compatible with both Word and LibreOffice, open the document in the word processor with which it was originally created and switch the field type to Bookmarks in the Zotero Document Preferences."
Could anyone please recommend what to do?

adomasvenYour best bet is to restore the document from an earlier version. Make sure your collaborators are only using an up-to-date version of Word. Otherwise see Troubleshooting Errors in Word Processor Documents.
